The Ediston-REIT has borrowings from Aviva Commercial Finance Limited.

In May 2015 the Company signed a £40.0 million, 10 year debt facility, details as follows:

• 3.09% ‘all-in’ fixed rate for duration of the loan
• Extended by £12.42 million at 2.95% ‘all-in’ fixed, in January 2016
• Extended by £4.5 million at 2.22% ‘all-in’ fixed, in June 2017
• Target gearing of up to 35% loan-to-value
